  • User: person who accesses the website and/or provides their data to receive content and communications.
  • Content: articles, videos, classes, e-books, newsletters, offers and educational and promotional materials.

By subscribing, you agree to receive emails and, if you choose, messages via WhatsApp/SMS with content and offers from Learn & Education. You can cancel your subscription at any time through unsubscribe links in emails or by sending "SAIR" on the official WhatsApp.

4 Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, logos, layouts, courses and materials are owned by Learn & Education or licensed. Reproduction, copying, distribution, modification or any unauthorized use is prohibited.

5 Prohibited conduct

  • Bypass, disable or interfere with security features;
  • Use robots/scrapers without authorization;
  • Insert illegal, offensive, defamatory content or that violates third-party rights;
  • Compromise website availability.

6 Third-party services

We may integrate third-party services (e.g., email marketing, analytics, hosting, payment gateways when applicable). Each service has its own terms; we are not responsible for failures or unavailability of third parties, without prejudice to your legal rights.
