1 Who we are and how we operate
Learn & Education is the controller of personal data processed on this website and landing pages. We comply with LGPD – Law No. 13.709/2018 and other applicable regulations. Until the formal appointment of the Data Protection Officer (DPO), the provisional contact is contato@learneducation.com.br.
2 What data we collect
- Identification: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, position/company (when provided).
- Navigation: IP, date/time, pages visited, origin/UTM, cookies/IDs, browser, system, approximate geolocation.
- Preferences: email opens/clicks, downloads, event registrations.
- Payments (when applicable): processed by partners. We only receive minimal data to identify the transaction and grant access.
3 Legal bases & purposes
We process personal data based on LGPD provisions, including:
- Contract execution: registration, granting access to courses and support.
- Consent: sending marketing communications, newsletters and WhatsApp (opt-in and opt-out at any time).
- Legitimate interest: website improvement, analytics, fraud prevention — always with balance and easy opposition.
- Legal/regulatory obligation: tax and payment records.
Main purposes: provide educational content, communicate news/offers (when authorized), measure performance and ensure security.
5 Sharing with third parties
We may share data with operators who support us in: hosting, email marketing, analytics, customer service, payments and certification. We require contractual security, confidentiality and limited use clauses. We do not sell personal data.
6 International transfers
Some providers may be outside Brazil. In these cases, we adopt adequate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses and complementary measures) to ensure the level of protection required by LGPD.
7 Information security
We apply technical and administrative controls: TLS encryption, server hardening, access control, two-factor authentication, backups and monitoring. Although we seek the best standard, no environment is 100% risk-free.
8 Retention and disposal
We keep data only for the time necessary to fulfill purposes and legal/contractual obligations. After this period, we securely delete or anonymize.
9 Children and adolescents
Our content is not directed at children under 13 years of age. If we identify data improperly collected, we will take measures for deletion. Contact us if you believe a minor has provided us with data without parental consent.
10 Data subject rights
You may exercise, under LGPD terms:
- Access, correction and updating of data;
- Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary/excessive data;
- Portability, when applicable;
- Information about sharing and about the possibility of not providing consent;
- Revocation of consent and opposition to processing;
- Review of decisions made solely based on automated processing.
