Learn Scrum: First, you need to understand and master Scrum. Scrum is an agile framework for managing demands and products that focuses on collaboration, communication, and delivering value to the customer. As deliveries are made in shorter time cycles, it is possible to get feedback more frequently. To better understand what agile management is, check out our article.

Get certified: There are several Scrum certifications. In the market, I can mention Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Professional Scrum Master (PSM). Scrum certification is a great way to validate your knowledge and experience and increase your credibility in the market. In my case, pursuing certifications required another level of study and I don't regret it at all. To improve your skills: practice and deal with real situations, it is recommended to apply Scrum in your daily life, whether as a member of the Scrum team or on your own. This will help improve your practical skills and handle real situations. Often we wait for a job or a better opportunity to apply it! In your current scenario, can't you start taking on responsibility and applying it? In your daily life, can't you make personal use of it? Find out if it's possible to use Scrum in any project.
Develop leadership skills: The role of the Scrum Master is servant leadership to guide the Scrum team and processes. Develop leadership skills, such as effective communication, conflict resolution, and relationship building; to be a Scrum Master you will need these skills.
Join communities: Participate in online discussion groups and events to connect with other professionals in the field and exchange knowledge and experiences.
Be a continuous learner: Scrum, like any other agile practice, is constantly evolving and it's important to stay updated with new practices and techniques. Keep learning and updating yourself to become an increasingly effective Scrum Master.
